THE AMERICAN STRENGTH
Though the enemy is at the gate, our courage will not fail,
We will fight till the battle is done, adversity our people know well.
Though our friends are not to be found, we will fight the enemy alone,
American Spirit and resolve, to our adversaries will be known.
Though our backs are against the wall, we will meet the enemy’s attack,
They will find in the American people, that bravery we do not lack.
Though the outcome looks sad and bleak and the blood of our people they spill,
Woe to our enemies that don’t know, the strength of the American Will!
